Unified Client Operations

Access to your cloud environments is controlled, auditable, and aligned with your security requirements.

Managed access for every user group, across every device type, with full coordination with your security and network operations.

Overview

Secure access, consistently managed

Controlling who can access your cloud environments, and from what devices, is increasingly complex. You have employees, developers, contractors, consultants, and external partners all needing access, often to different parts of the environment and often from different device types. Managing that access layer consistently and securely requires dedicated operational attention. Seaberry's Unified Client Operations service takes that responsibility on your behalf.

Unified Client Operations manages the full access layer for your cloud environments: virtual desktops, bastion hosts, VPN solutions, and the managed devices used to reach those environments, including developer workstations and jump hosts. Conditional access policies and application access configurations are managed within scope, keeping the right users in and the wrong users out. The scope stays focused on cloud and workload access, not the broader endpoint estate.

The service is delivered in close coordination with the Security Operations Center and the Network Operations Center, ensuring that access-related security events are detected and handled consistently within the overall managed service model. Access risk does not sit between teams.

Managed access layer

Seaberry manages virtual desktops, bastion hosts, VPN solutions, and the managed devices used to reach your cloud environments, including developer workstations and jump hosts.

Access policy management

Conditional access rules, privileged access paths and application access policies are configured, maintained and updated within scope, on the identity platform you use, enforcing the right controls for the right users across your cloud environments.

Application access configuration

Application access is configured and maintained in alignment with your security requirements, ensuring consistent enforcement across user groups.

Access event coordination

Access-related security events are surfaced and handled in coordination with the Security Operations Center, within the overall managed service model.

Auditable access record

Access is managed within a documented, auditable model: who has access, to what, from where, and under what conditions. The record is structured to satisfy ISO/IEC 27001 access control requirements and NIS2 access governance obligations, and periodic access reviews are part of the service rather than a separate project.

Named operational contact

A named Seaberry contact for access-related matters, available during business hours, with a 24/7 on-call rota and defined escalation paths.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Seaberry manages the operational and compliance risk of cloud infrastructure for European companies, across networking, security, platform operations, and governance, continuously and with fullaccountability.

Seaberry manages virtual desktops, bastion hosts, VPN solutions, and the managed devices used to reach your cloud environments, including developer workstations and jump hosts.

Unified Client Operations operates in direct coordination with Seaberry’s Security Operations Center and Network Operations Center.

Access-related security events are identified and handled within the same operational model, rather than being passed between separate providers with different responsibilities and levels of visibility. This ensures access risk has a clear owner and a defined path to resolution.

Unified Client Operations is focused specifically on access to your cloud environments and workloads. This includes the access layer and the managed devices used to reach those environments within the agreed service scope.

The broader endpoint estate remains the customer’s responsibility.

The boundary between Seaberry’s responsibilities and the customer’s responsibilities is clearly documented during onboarding.

That scope is maintained throughout the engagement as the environment evolves, providing ongoing clarity about what Seaberry owns and what your team continues to manage.
