A European cloud operations company for regulated, business-critical environments.

Seaberry is a European company that manages the operational and compliance risk of cloud infrastructure for European manufacturers and industrial operators, the companies whose business is production, not infrastructure. We manage networking, security, platform operations and governance continuously, and we stay accountable for them.

Mission

Seaberry manages the operational risk of cloud infrastructure for European companies in regulated, business-critical environments, so they can stay focused on running their operations.

Vision

Europe's most trusted cloud operations partner, defined by continuous control and full operational risk ownership.

About us

One operating model. Clear ownership. No gaps.

One operating model. Six domains. No gaps between them. Most managed service providers run siloed contracts: a separate Network Operating Center, a separate Security Operating Center, a separate platform team. Cloud operations fail at the seams between them. Seaberry runs all six domains as one integrated model with defined coordination, named contacts, and structured escalation between them.

Defined scope before go-live, not open-ended responsibility. Accountabilities, scope, and exclusions are documented through a RACI model before the service starts. You know what you are buying, what is shared with your team, and what stays outside scope. No surprises when something needs attention.

European, with regulation as part of daily operations. Seaberry operates within the European regulatory and business context. Compliance frameworks and sector-specific requirements are part of the operating model, not project work added on top.

A long-term partner with retained expertise. You are not a number in a large operations book. Seaberry commits to a focused set of customers and invests in each relationship over years. The model is built on retained expertise and continuity.

Not tied to one vendor. Seaberry operates the platforms you have chosen, across cloud, on-premises and hybrid combinations of the two. Where an environment is best served on-premises or at the edge, we say so. We do not have a platform to sell you.

How we work

An operating model built with AI, accountable to people.

Seaberry was built after AI became part of how operations work. That shapes how the service is delivered, and we are open about it.

Compliance requirements reach the environment as working controls in days rather than quarters. Known fault conditions are detected and remediated automatically within boundaries agreed with you in advance. Every automated action is logged, attributable and reviewable.

AI runs as a background function inside the operating model. It does not replace the named people who are accountable to you, and it does not change what you are entitled to see.

The operating model in effect for your environment is documented and versioned. A change is something you can see and review, not something that quietly happens.

European by design

Seaberry operates inside the European regulatory and business context. EU frameworks are part of daily operations, not a project added on top. Working languages are English and Finnish.

Global reach for global operations

Our customers run plants and offices well beyond Europe. Seaberry supports those sites too, under the same operating model and the same escalation paths, wherever they are.

Business hours, with 24/7 on-call

The service is delivered during business hours, with a 24/7 on-call rota for Priority 1 events. Escalation paths and out-of-hours handling are defined per domain and documented before go-live.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Seaberry's operating model is mapped to NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and CIS Benchmarks, and to IEC 62443 where industrial and OT environments are in scope. Environments are designed and reviewed against the Well-Architected Framework, and cloud cost is managed through the FinOps Framework. Where AI services form part of the environment, the EU AI Act is part of the governance model.

Reporting is produced control-by-control, in the structure your auditors already recognise, obligation, control, owner, status, evidence, so it can be submitted as it is rather than rewritten for each audit. Seaberry is not a certification body and does not guarantee a compliance outcome; the operational work of staying compliant is what we own.

Six: Security Operations Center, Cloud Governance Operations, Network Operations Center, Unified Client Operations, Platform & Operations and Edge Computing Operations. They can be taken individually or as one integrated model. What is in scope for your environment is documented before go-live.

We do not publish a price range, and the reason is not evasiveness. Environments differ enough that a range would be misleading, the same service domain can be a modest scope in one company and a substantial one in another, depending on size, criticality, regulatory obligations and the state of the environment at handover.

Pricing is built per domain from the scope agreed before go-live, so you know what you are paying for and why. For standardised requests, defined change types, onboarding activities, recurring operational tasks, we give a fixed price, so the cost of an activity is known before you request it.

Seaberry as a company is about a year old, and we would rather say that than imply a longer track record.

The experience behind it is not new. Our people have spent around twenty years in enterprise environments: architecture and design, consulting, requirements definition, governance and automation, across a large number of enterprise customers. We have taken cloud platforms into production in many of those environments, and we have worked with enterprise cloud since its early days rather than arriving after it was established.

That is where our view comes from: what a controlled, largely autonomous environment actually requires, and how it should be governed once it exists.

The service is delivered during business hours, with a 24/7 on-call rota for Priority 1 events. Escalation paths, response expectations and out-of-hours handling are defined per domain and documented before go-live, so there is no ambiguity about what happens at two in the morning.

Today: Azure cloud environments and hybrid environments combining cloud with on-premises infrastructure. Other hyperscaler platforms can be supported where an environment requires it, and private cloud environments within a defined, limited scope. Alongside these, the leading enterprise network and firewall platforms, identity and access tooling, and AI services embedded in industrial operations.

Support for the remaining cloud platforms is under active development. We will tell you where a platform stands rather than implying coverage we do not have. The supported platform list for your environment is agreed and documented before go-live.

Seaberry takes responsibility for the services and operational activities defined within the agreed scope: monitoring and alert response, incident coordination and escalation, operational changes, platform maintenance and lifecycle actions, security posture monitoring, governance control monitoring, compliance reporting, and service reporting and reviews.

Some areas are shared: application availability, business continuity decisions, risk acceptance, major architecture changes, audit response, identity and access governance, and third-party platform dependencies.

Unless separately agreed, the service does not cover application development and application-level support, end-user support outside agreed access services, platform vendor outages and vendor escalations, customer-initiated changes outside the agreed process, legal ownership of regulatory obligations, or on-site hardware replacement.

All three categories are documented in a RACI model before go-live, so nothing has to be worked out while an issue is live.

Seaberry does not simply step away when an issue falls under another party's responsibility.

Within the agreed coordination model, Seaberry stays engaged until ownership is clear and the issue is moving forward. This helps prevent incidents from becoming stalled between internal teams, vendors, or other service providers.
