Make what you're made for. We control the operational risk.

Your team is built to manufacture, operate and deliver. Running regulated cloud infrastructure is a different discipline. Seaberry takes it off your hands and stays accountable for it.

Why Seaberry

Operational risk belongs with us, not with you.

Cloud infrastructure is business-critical. When it fails, production stops. When it drifts out of policy, the finding lands in your next audit and the gap has usually been open for months by then. Most teams manage this alongside everything else, which is exactly when ownership disappears.

Run your business. We'll run your cloud. Seaberry takes defined ownership of agreed service domains and is accountable for the outcomes: named contacts, documented responsibilities, no gaps between domains. Compliance obligations do not pause between audits, and neither do we.

Operational risk transfer.

The operational burden moves
to Seaberry.

Operational ownership.

Defined scope, named contacts,
accountable outcomes.

Continuous compliance.

Controls monitored daily against NIS2, ISO 27001 and CIS baselines, not reconstructed at audit time.

What Seaberry manages

Six service domains.
One integrated operating model.

Every service domain has a defined owner, structured service levels and a named operational contact. The domains run as one model with documented coordination between them, no gaps, no ambiguity about who is accountable.

Security & Compliance

Security risk is Seaberry's responsibility to manage.

Threats need to be detected, assessed, and acted on. Compliance gaps need to be identified and closed. Seaberry owns the security and compliance risk of your managed cloud environment continuously, not just when something goes wrong.

Security Operations Center

Continuous monitoring of your cloud security posture, alert triage, incident coordination and vulnerability tracking, with posture visible to your team at all times, not once a month.

Cloud Governance Operations

Policy framework definition, control enforcement, continuous compliance and cost tracking (FinOps), with structured follow-up on every gap.

Network & access

Availability and access risk, owned and managed by Seaberry.

When your infrastructure goes down or the wrong people reach the wrong environments, the impact is immediate. Seaberry owns the availability and access risk of your managed environment, monitoring continuously and managing the access layer so your team does not have to.

Network Operations Center

Continuous monitoring, structured incident management and defined accountability across your managed infrastructure footprint, on the network platforms you already run.

Unified Client Operations

Managed access for every user group, across every device type, with full coordination with your security and network operations.

Platform & Infrastructure

Your cloud platform, running consistently and without gaps.

Day-to-day cloud operations require consistent execution: requests handled, maintenance carried out, changes implemented correctly. For distributed environments, every edge site needsthe same operational standards as the core. Seaberry provides both.

Platform & Operations

Day-to-day execution, platform ownership, and a single operational interface for your team, backed by specialists who understand your environment end to end.

Edge Computing Operations

Centralised remote management of your distributed edge estate, with consistent monitoring, lifecycle controls, and incident response across every location.

What we operate

Not tied to one vendor. Clear about what we support today.

Today Seaberry operates Azure cloud environments and hybrid environments that combine cloud with on-premises infrastructure. Other hyperscaler platforms can be supported where a customer environment requires it, and private cloud environments are supported within a defined, limited scope.

Support for the remaining cloud platforms is under active development. We will tell you where a platform stands rather than implying coverage we do not yet have. Which platforms are in scope for your environment is agreed and documented before go-live.

Alongside the platforms, we operate the leading enterprise network and firewall platforms, identity and access tooling, and the AI services increasingly embedded in industrial operations.

Accountability.

Seaberry owns the outcome. When something goes wrong, Seaberry does not point elsewhere.

Honesty.

If a capability does not exist, Seaberry says so. If an environment has a problem, Seaberry says that too.

Craftsmanship.

Processes are followed and documented. Quality is not traded for speed, an undocumented fix is not a fix.

Partnership.

Built to last and to evolve with the customer's business.

Who seaberry is

Built to carry the operational risk that your business should not have to manage.

Manufacturers and industrial operators build their businesses on expertise developed over years, in products, processes, operations, and customer relationships. Managing cloud infrastructure is a different discipline. It requires its own specialists, its own tooling, and its own operational model.

Carrying that operational and compliance risk is not what most businesses are built for. That responsibility belongs to someone else. Seaberry is that someone.

Seaberry operates as a long-term partner. As your environment grows and your business evolves, Seaberry evolves with it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Seaberry's operating model is mapped to NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and CIS Benchmarks, and to IEC 62443 where industrial and OT environments are in scope. Environments are designed and reviewed against the Well-Architected Framework, and cloud cost is managed through the FinOps Framework. Where AI services form part of the environment, the EU AI Act is part of the governance model.

Reporting is produced control-by-control, in the structure your auditors already recognise, obligation, control, owner, status, evidence, so it can be submitted as it is rather than rewritten for each audit. Seaberry is not a certification body and does not guarantee a compliance outcome; the operational work of staying compliant is what we own.

Six: Security Operations Center, Cloud Governance Operations, Network Operations Center, Unified Client Operations, Platform & Operations and Edge Computing Operations. They can be taken individually or as one integrated model. What is in scope for your environment is documented before go-live.

We do not publish a price range, and the reason is not evasiveness. Environments differ enough that a range would be misleading, the same service domain can be a modest scope in one company and a substantial one in another, depending on size, criticality, regulatory obligations and the state of the environment at handover.

Pricing is built per domain from the scope agreed before go-live, so you know what you are paying for and why. For standardised requests, defined change types, onboarding activities, recurring operational tasks, we give a fixed price, so the cost of an activity is known before you request it.

Seaberry as a company is about a year old, and we would rather say that than imply a longer track record.

The experience behind it is not new. Our people have spent around twenty years in enterprise environments: architecture and design, consulting, requirements definition, governance and automation, across a large number of enterprise customers. We have taken cloud platforms into production in many of those environments, and we have worked with enterprise cloud since its early days rather than arriving after it was established.

That is where our view comes from: what a controlled, largely autonomous environment actually requires, and how it should be governed once it exists.

The service is delivered during business hours, with a 24/7 on-call rota for Priority 1 events. Escalation paths, response expectations and out-of-hours handling are defined per domain and documented before go-live, so there is no ambiguity about what happens at two in the morning.

Seaberry takes responsibility for the services and operational activities defined within the agreed scope: monitoring and alert response, incident coordination and escalation, operational changes, platform maintenance and lifecycle actions, security posture monitoring, governance control monitoring, compliance reporting, and service reporting and reviews.

Some areas are shared: application availability, business continuity decisions, risk acceptance, major architecture changes, audit response, identity and access governance, and third-party platform dependencies.

Unless separately agreed, the service does not cover application development and application-level support, end-user support outside agreed access services, platform vendor outages and vendor escalations, customer-initiated changes outside the agreed process, legal ownership of regulatory obligations, or on-site hardware replacement.

All three categories are documented in a RACI model before go-live, so nothing has to be worked out while an issue is live.

Seaberry does not simply step away when an issue falls under another party's responsibility.

Within the agreed coordination model, Seaberry stays engaged until ownership is clear and the issue is moving forward. This helps prevent incidents from becoming stalled between internal teams, vendors, or other service providers.
