Network Operations Center

Availability risk in your cloud environment is Seaberry's responsibility to manage.

Continuous automated monitoring, structured incident management, and defined accountability across your managed infrastructure footprint.

Overview

We don't just monitor your cloud. We own what happens next.

When something fails in your cloud environment, you need someone who knows the environment, owns the response, and is accountable for resolution. Most teams find out about an issue when it has already affected operations. Seaberry's Network Operations Center changes that. We monitor your managed infrastructure continuously, detect issues early, and manage resolution through a defined process with clear communication to your team.

The Network Operations Center provides automated visibility into the health and performance of your environment across platform services, network components, shared infrastructure, and platform-level exposure points. When something requires attention, it is routed to the Seaberry operations team immediately. Your team receives regular updates through the incident process and retains full read access to the environment through the platform's own console at all times. The operational risk of keeping it running sits with Seaberry.

Seaberry also designs networks, not only watches them. Segmentation and micro-segmentation, regulated and isolated network zones, north-south and east-west traffic policy, publishing and ingress services, and partner and site-to-site integrations are designed, documented and then operated by the same team, in Europe and at your sites worldwide.

The Network Operations Center works closely with Seaberry's Security Operations Center on security-related network events and with Platform & Operations on infrastructure changes and operational follow-up. There are no handoff gaps between domains. One operational model covers the whole environment.

Continuous automated monitoring

Seaberry monitors platform services, network components, and shared infrastructure continuously, with automated alerting routed directly to the operations team.

Defined incident process

Every incident is managed through a structured process with priority classification, regular status updates to your team, and documented resolution.

Post-incident reviews

Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents receive a root cause analysis and a documented follow-up action, delivered to your team after resolution.

Environment health, always visible

Incident volumes, resolution times, environment health and open follow-up items are visible to your team continuously, and reviewed together on a fixed cadence.

Full visibility, retained by you

Your team keeps full read access to the environment at all times, through the platform's own console. Seaberry manages the operational risk. You retain business ownership and an unobstructed view.

Audit-ready by construction

Change management, capacity planning and incident handling follow processes that map directly to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 requirements, with the Well-Architected Framework as the design baseline. The evidence an auditor asks for already exists in the operational record.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Seaberry manages the operational and compliance risk of cloud infrastructure for European companies, across networking, security, platform operations, and governance, continuously and with fullaccountability.

Seaberry monitors platform services, network components, and shared infrastructure continuously, with automated alerting routed directly to the operations team.

The Network Operations Center operates as part of an integrated service model rather than as a standalone monitoring function.

Security-related network events are coordinated with the Security Operations Center, while infrastructure changes that affect network performance are managed with Platform & Operations. This integrated approach helps ensure issues do not fall between separate teams or service domains.

During onboarding, Seaberry establishes and documents a clear Network Operations Center baseline for your environment. This defines what is monitored, which thresholds trigger alerts, how issues are escalated, and what communications and reporting your team receives.

The Network Operations Center baseline provides a documented view of what is covered and who is accountable. As your environment changes, that documentation is maintained and updated to reflect the current operating model.

This gives your team ongoing clarity around monitoring coverage, escalation paths, and Seaberry’s operational responsibilities.

The enterprise network and firewall platforms in common use in industrial and regulated environments. Seaberry is deliberately not tied to one vendor: the platforms in scope for your environment are agreed and documented before go-live, and network design, segmentation and change work are delivered to the same standard on each of them.

Standard changes have a fixed price, published to you as part of the service, so the cost of an activity is known before it is requested. Non-standard work is scoped and priced before it starts. There are no changes that appear only as a line on an invoice.
